The OC Music Center located in RSM (Rancho Santa Margarita) is all about kids, music lessons, school band rentals and good service. We also have a sister store located in Laguna Niguel called Tim's OC Music. OC Music offers acoustic guitar lessons, piano lessons for children, other musical instruction and private music lessons for the most popular musical instruments such as electric guitar lessons. At OC Music you can receive violin lessons, viola lessons, cello lessons, piano lessons, acoustic guitar lessons, electric guitar lessons, bass lessons, percussion lessons, drum lessons, drum set lessons and voice lessons. OC Music also offers woodwind and brasswind instruction including flute lessons, clarinet lessons, alto sax lessons, tenor saxophone lessons, trumpet lessons, trombone lessons and baritone lessons.

In addition to specializing in music lessons and musical instruction at our South Orange County location in R.S.M., we also provide musical instruments for rent to beginning music students enrolled in band and orchestra classes at schools in CAPO, the Capistrano Unified School District - CUSD and the Saddleback Valley Unified School District - SVUSD. If your child is enrolled in a beginning instrumental music class in the Capistrano Unified School District (CAPOUSD) or the Saddleback Valley Unified School District (SVUSD), or even a private school in the area, then OC Music Center is a great place to get an instrument to rent or even rent-to-own for your school band or school orchestra. We provide high-quality violin rentals, viola rentals, cello rentals, flute rentals, clarinet rentals, alto sax rentals, tenor saxophone rentals, trumpet rentals, trombone rentals and even baritone rentals.

OC Music at RSM offers many other musical services to South Orange County in addition to music lessons and musical instrument rentals. In fact, selling acoustic guitars and electric guitars has been our stock in trade since 1979. We service all guitars and carry a full line of accessories for them including guitar strings, tuners, capos, guitar picks, guitar stands, wall hangers, cases, etc., etc. Other musical merchandise and services we offer include sheet music, music books including piano methods and school band books

Andrew has been playing the guitar for twenty years. A graduate from the University of California Santa Barbara and the Los Angeles Music Academy, he is well versed in: rock, blues, metal, jazz and classical. Andrew performs professionally at clubs, theaters, festivals, fairs and schools. In addition to electric and acoustic guitar, Andrew also teaches the banjo and ukulele. He has been referred to as "one of the most laid-back instructors" by many of his students. Andrew enjoys to teach all ages and levels and takes a great pride in his work and his students progression. Come and learn to play the music you love.

As a pre-teen Tim began studying guitar from graduate students at the prestigious Berklee College of Music in Boston. He started those music lessons on an old beat-up acoustic guitar... but soon after found his true inspiration on the electric guitar. After moving to California in 1990, Tim attended and graduated from the world famous Musicians Institute in Hollywood . He has been playing and teaching in Orange County ever since! You can find Tim playing the guitar all over LA in many different bands covering many different styles.

Simply stated Tim is a good guy; a 20 year OC resident, a family man with a wife and two daughters and a very successful guitar teacher - with over 17 years of experience. He has taught guitar classes in local schools, has taught private students all over Orange County and the Newport Coast area for years and also is the guitar guru for Day Jams Rock Music Summer Camps/OC. HIs students range in age from 7 - 60 years old. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced player Tim will help you achieve your guitar playing goals. Dylan Wilson - Beginning Guitar

It is very difficult to find a musician who has both the professional credibility and the low ego necessary to be a great teacher. Dylan Wilson has all of that and more! Dylan enjoys working with young students and welcomes every opportunity to share his knowledge and passion for good music.

Dylan began learning music at a young age encouraged by his guitar playing father. He started first on piano at age 9, picked up the guitar and electric bass at age 11 and was playing the upright bass in school by age 13. He quickly rose among his peers winning awards all over Southern California. As a professional bassist he toured the world from Japan to Brazil performing and recording with a wide range of international artists from major label bands to local singer songwriters.

These days Dylan is enjoying life with his wife and family, playing music regularly at Saddleback Church and of course teaching bass, guitar and piano here at OC Music.
